Youth Deeksha Complete Notes-Hope these notes, inspire the seekers and motivate them to take up Youth Deeksha.

Youth Deeksha held at Ananda Loka 4 (15 May 2006 to 20 May 2006.)

Day 1: Vision
Day 2: Relationships
Day 3: Mind
Day 4: Intelligence
Day 5: God

Objective of Deeksha:
1. Success
2. Happiness
3. To increase positive qualities that are already present.
4. Intelligence

"Success = Intent + Effort + Grace"

Goals:
1. Long term goals
2. Short term goals
3. Multiple goals.
You loose hope and interest when short-term goals don’t match long terms goals.

Goals and Vision (Remind Yourself):
1. What are your most important goals right now; divide them into 6 categories
a. Academic and Intellectual goals;
b. Career;
c. Health and Personality;
d. Spiritual;
e. Humanity.
2. What is your long-term goal; do all your other goals fit into your long-term goal. (If the answer is NO then make the necessary changes.)
3. Make a list of all the ways you would benefit by achieving your goals.
4. Analyze your position in the starting point.
5. Set a dead line.
6. Make a list of all the obstacles that stand between you and that accomplishment of your goal.
7. Identify the additional information or skills you will need to achieve your goal.
8. Make a list of all people whose help and cooperation you will need to achieve your goal.
9. Make a plan.
10. Pray powerfully.
11. Make the decision that you will never give up.

1. Maximum in a life time -- 5 points
2. Indian Average -- 150 points
3. China Average -- 210 points
4. Japan Average -- 220 points
5. USA Average -- 230 points
6. Youth Deeksha -- 250 points
7. Maha Deeksha -- 500 points
8. Mahatma Gandhi -- 550 points
9. Mukthi -- 700 points
10. Acharya Samadarshini -- 1000 points
11. Acharya Ananda Giri -- 1000 points

Things that pulls you down:
a. Hurt feelings
b. Fear
c. Pain
d. Failures
e. Disappointments.

God:
1. Bhagawan says you create your own God
2. In this world your best friends are your parents then God and your family members
3. Help the parents in all kind
4. The difference between success and failures is, the people who have now succeeded were failures earlier.

Points to pray to God in a systematic manner:
1. Prayer is an itch that you send up to God
2. Prayer individually and collectively
3. Whatever you want to erase in your life, turn your eyes towards left and visualize.
4. Whatever you want to create in your life, turn your eyes towards right and visualize.
5. Prayer must be with clarity and you must visualize it.
6. Collective prayer is more powerful and grace is also more in your life.
7. After every prayer thank the God that would forge a great relationship between you and God.
8. Clarity, Visualize, Earnestness, Request, Thankfullness.

Individual Prayer:
1. Close your eyes and shift the focus to the left corner of your eyesight and visualize a screen and project all the negative things that you have done that has stopped you from accomplishing your goals.
2. Then shift your focus to the right and project and see yourself as being blessed with your wish. Visualize everything that you want to be blessed with in good detail.
3. Finally offer your gratitude to Amma and Bhagawan as if your wish has been blessed with.

Creation of your God:
Create a powerful God as a relation to you, and give him the powers to satisfy your wishes. If you want your Bhagawan to grant a wish immediately, you need to help others immediately on their request.
“God is a reflection of you.”

Various States of Brain:
I Stage: Beta State: 14 – 40 cycles/sec
II Stage: Alpha State: 7 – 14 cycles/sec
III Stage: Teta State: 4 – 7 cycles/sec
IV Stage: Delta State: ½ - 4 cycles/sec (Samadhi)
More than 40 cycles/sec – mental instability

Yoga Nidra:
Starting from toes apply entire energy and relax in savashana.

Fear:
1. Physical Fear
2. Psychological Fear.
· Fear of Future
· Fear of Failure
· Rejection
There is no fear in reality but in imagination only.
Fear and insecurity gives psychological lust.

· Source is different for lust
· Mind is like VALLI ( A warrior monkey from Ramayana ) – every time you fight it, it becomes more powerful
· Look back at a problem where you have been condemned
· Accept
· Some problem you don’t like it and you face it
. Example : A person who does not like mathematics and fares badly in it.

Unconscious:
It’s the thing that you don’t like·
Its repetitive·
Its destructive·
Its competitive
Accept your state and don’t take opposite stands.
When you get joy in the process you love doing it else you become lazy.
We need to love the process.
Pray for Amma Bhagawans presence.
Pray for the change of negative pattern to positive pattern.

Acharya Samadarshinis Ji’s Class
When someone hurts you then you need to
1. Listen to the words they have not said.
2. Try to ascertain your Need, what do you expect from the opposite person who has hurt you.
3. Try to ascertain opposite persons need, what he expects from your side.
4. Ask the opposite person what does he expect from you.

Amma Bhagawan Dhyanam. ( For Intelligence and Creativity )
Keep your index finger in the Pranayama 3 position. (The lowest or the second fold mark of the thumb). Keep your back straight.While inhaling chant Amma/Bhagawan, and imagine Amma Bhagawan in your heart.While exhaling chant Bhagawan/Amma, and imagine yourself in Amma Bhagawans heart.

Intelligence:
1. Capacity to learn from experience.
2. Ready to face challenges.
3. Silence: In silence you can quickly process the knowledge; Intelligence and creativity arises in the silence of the mind.

Snippets:
1. Life throws at you the same situation that you find hard, but if you overcome it, it exists no more.
2. Don’t be rigid - adapt.
3. We don’t know what is in store tomorrow so take up the knocking opportunity.
4. Let Go.
5. Be prepared to learn more and accept that one cant learn all, he has to do progress by keeping on learning.
6. Mind is a businessman it will do only those things from which it benefits.

EGO:
1. Domination
2. Refusing to be dominated
3. I’m right
4. You are always wrong
5. Cover up (Hides failures)
6. Struggle for survival.

Daily Contemplation:
Look at any one relation, wherein you caused any person any hurt; you need to ask for their forgiveness. If someone has caused trouble to you, you need to forgive him or her.

Every youth person have to attend this youth deeksha. It is mandatory in every life.
